It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our baby girl Chloe at the young age of 6 months. Cherished daughter of Angie Kurhan and Brad West. Precious granddaughter of Gary and Karla West, Laura Kurhan and the late Stan Kurhan, Heather Kurhan and Penny Ames. Dear niece of Mick and Ashleigh, Stasiu, Jade and Tanner, Kelly and John and Mario, and dear cousin of Bree. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and her fur siblings Phoebe and Nacho.
