Peacefully at Extendicare, Oshawa on Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 at the age of 57. Darlene is survived by her sister Donna Jarman, brothers Douglas Burns (Linda) and David Burns. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Velma Burns (nee Grey) and her brother Dennis George Burns. Aunt of Michael Burns (Renaye), Mark Burns, Laurie Callihoo and Dawn Lacassie. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Monday, June 6th from 2 – 4 p.m. A Memorial Graveside Interment will be held at Union Cemetery (760 King Street West, Oshawa) on Wednesday, June 8th at 10:30 a.m.
