Dillon Sawyer

I wanted to let you know that on May 19, I left for a new adventure with a one-way ticket to the pearly gates.

Unfortunately I had to go solo and leave behind my daughters Gayle, Beverley (nee Sawyer) & husband Richard Ballak, and son Dillon as well as my 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

However, on the bright side, if the gates open for me I will be reunited with my wife, Rose Marie (nee McAvoy) plus the other predeceased Sawyer and McAvoy Clan. I had a wonderful long life so now enjoy a glass of Fireball and drink to my successful journey.

Be positive and kind to one another.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish (1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa) on Tuesday June 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.

Interment of cremated remains will take place at a later time.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Society in Oshawa
