Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on February 27th, 2015 at the age of 75. Loving and adored husband of Teresa for 54 years. Loving father of Salvatore (Lori), Anna and Pasqualina (Alan). Adored Nonno of Christopher, Nicole and Eric. Domenico is predeceased by Maria (Domenico), Consilia ( Luigi), Nicola (Gina), Guiseppe (Maria) and survived by sister Antonietta (Pietro) as well as by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. Domenico will be forever remembered for his love of family, devotion to his Church, his contribution to charity and those less fortunate. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, March 3rd, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. MARY OF THE PEOPLE CHURCH (570 Marion Avenue, Oshawa) on Wednesday, March 4th, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the caring and compassionate nursing staff on 6C at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for taking such good care of Domenico and his family during their stay. Donations will be gratefully accepted for Lakeridge Health Foundation -6th, Floor or Princess Margaret Hospital.
