To Diane and family,

This is to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. We may have had our differences like any family but that does not take away the fact that we know and feel what you feel with Ed's passing. We pray for peace and God's healing grace for you, Roberta and Mark.

Our hearts have been shattered as we have lost a true friend. We cannot express in words how deeply his loss means to us. We have known him for most of our lives. We shared many trials and tribulations, celebrated our respective weddings and the birth of all our children. We shared the good times and consoled each other during the bad times....we were and will always be a family....and will always be here for each of us. Remember the good times as it will sustain all of us through these difficult days.

Ed was a wonderful friend. The kind of friend you might not see for a year or two and yet pick up the relationship as though no time had passed at all. We will miss his wonderful sense of humour and his graciousness.

All of us are better for having known him and he will be sorely missed.

Our condolences to Diane, Roberta and Mark and your family. You are in our prayers.

Love Rick & Gwen

Dear Diane and family,

I am so sorry for your loss, and my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. I had the privilege of knowing Ed primarily through Sikorski Neighbourhood Park Inc., where we served together on the executive for many years. He was a pleasure to work with, had a great sense of humor and ready to help out when needed. He will be truly missed by myself and all the Park group. May he rest in peace.
