I first met your mom through the COPD newsletter, and from there we would talk back and forth through the computer. Never got to meet her, and really wished I had. I was thinking of Ellen and her family the other day, as Ellen still has her name in facebook. I love seeing it there, as I feel she is still around us.
I hope you are all doing well. I lost both my parents at a very young age, so know how hard and sad it is. A feeling that never goes away, even after many years.
I wish you all the best and the best of health for many years.

To my Facebook and COPD friend, I am in such shock about this. I had sent you a message to say, Hey are you ok??? What about another of Lex. You are a very strong women, that gave me inspiration with having the same disease. I will honour the fact that I knew you online. Will always remember you. Your online Facebook friend - Arlene

Dear Harry and family,
We were very saddened to read about the passing of Ellen. In the short time that we worked with the both of you we found Ellen to be a wonderful lady. It was obvious in our conversations how much she cared for her family. Our prayers are with you, Harry, and the rest of the family.

Ellen has been a long-time patient of ours at the dental centre, she presented herself with a smile at every appointment and exuded an air of confidence and peacefulness all the while dealing with her condition. We will no doubt miss her visits.
