Elsie Susan Foster

Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Extendicare on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her loving husband Roy, 2004. Loving mother of Mark (Patti) and Reid (Gale). Loving grandma of Sydney (Allan), Wade, Logan , Tanya and late Tyler. Great grandmother of Kirsten, Kayla, Hope, Faith, Roydon and Ali. Great-great grandmother of a baby girl due January 2017. Suse will be missed by extended family and friends. She will be fondly remembered for her love of her cats, her strong faith and being the “anchor” of the family. A special thank you to Shelley for the attention given to Elsie during this difficult time. Also to the caring and compassionate staff of Extendicare - Port Hope for taking care of Elsie and her family during her stay. Visitation will held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, October 25th from 11am until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1pm. Donations will be gratefully accepted for Alzheimer’s Society or to Trulls Road Free Methodist Church.
