Peacefully on Friday, April 22nd, 2016 at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Bill for 45 years. Loving mother of Lori Surphlis (Willie), Gregg (Monique) and Brad (Jelinda). Cherished Grammie of Amy, Billie, Beverley, Madeline, Andrew, Carson, and Dylan. Dear sister of John White, Claire Dunk (Jim), and Wilma Leigh and predeceased by siblings Howard, Oral, Harvey, William, Al and Bob. Gloria will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, close and dear friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Monday, April 25th from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, April 26th at 1:00 p.m. Donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
