Gentle, kind, caring, thoughtful, family man, truthful, warm, honest, charismatic, always doing right by anyone around him. These are just a few things that come to mind as I reflect on Zio Franco with a smile. This most recent memory will remain an all time special moment, a shy and warm smile from Zio as he opened his birthday gift from his sister who had knit him a blanket. The blanket was immediately placed over his legs and the glance he shared with my mom said it all and brother Zio Peppino there to share in this treasured moment as well. Rest In Peace Zio Franco, you will always remain in our hearts forever.
With all our love,
Gina, Franco, Daniele & Marco Iaboni 💓

Sharing a favorite memory, our visits back home with Zio Franco and Zia Carmela. We would call early in the morning and Zio would say, " Hi Angelila, Siete arrivati? okay, come over." Robert and Cameron always excited to visit and see Zio's garden and fig trees. He would take us outside in the backyard to see the garden and the beautiful fig trees. We would all enjoy fresh figs along with Zia's chocolate chip biscotti's and beautiful conversation's of the past. We will never forgot our loving visits together. We will miss you very much Zio and you are always in our heart forever.
With love, Angelila, Rob, Robert & Cameron (Mazzotta) Filice
