Suddenly at his residence on Sunday, July 24th, 2016 at 75 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Carolynne. Loving father of Kevin (Laurie) and Karen. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Rachel, Ashley (Dan), Alyssa, Kelvin, Jessica and Tanner and by his great-grandson Owen. Dear brother of Betty, Harold (Charlotte) and predeceased by Gloria and Jeanette. George will be fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, August 2nd from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
