My Nanny was a great grandmother to me growing up. My most cherished memories are sleepovers at Nanny's...Sat mornings consisted of watching Smurfs while nanny cooked porridge...to playing dress up in Nanny's clothes and wearing all her jewelry. Her delicious dinners, and attending Church with her. Nanny also taught me how to knit. I remember her having sleep-overs in the camper at the trailer park making the cousins snack plates...all the laughs and affection...teaching me how to bake. Everything a grandmother could or should be to her grandchildren, she was. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I love you and will miss you.

To all the family,
I am so sad to hear of Aunt Pearl's passing. I remember her best from when I was a little girl growing up in Nfld., but have heard lots of accounts from my Dad, Silas, about his loving big sister. Her life has been a gift to so many, and she will be greatly missed. I also best remember Jeanette, Val and Roz, but my heart goes out to all her children, my cousins. No matter how old we get, it's never easy to lose a loving parent. I hope you find comfort from knowing you are loved by so many, near and far, and from the assurance that Aunt Pearl is perfectly at rest and peace, getting ready once again to welcome you home. You are in our heart and prayers.

I met Mrs Randell back in 1998 she was one of the sweetest ladies I've ever known. She was a very strong lady I remember she worked circles around me we bought some wood from them and they helped me load it or should I say I helped them. I was huffing and puffing and stopping for a breath and she kept on going. I was amazed at her strength and her sense of humor. Always happy and had a beautiful smile, she always lit up the room, I have such pleasant and heart warming memories of her she will be dearly missed. Prayers to
all the family
