Jennifer Schembri

Jennifer was a loving daughter to her mother, Bertha, and was predeceased by her father, Charles.

She was a devoted and caring mother to Jessica (Jean-Claude), Jacob, Joseph, and Joshua, and will be deeply missed by George.

She was a cherished sister to Brian (Ingela) and Jacqueline (William), and will be fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, as well as extended family in Malta, Australia and Sweden.

Jennifer’s last vocation was as a Personal Support Worker for St. Elizabeth Health, a role she took great pride in and approached with dedication and compassion. Prior to that she was a reliable worker at Ontario Shores for over two decades. She was known for her strong work ethic and the genuine care she showed to those she supported. In her personal life, Jennifer found comfort and joy in warm weather, swimming, and spending time at the beach, places where she felt most at peace. She also held a deep and lasting love for Malta, which always remained close to her heart.

A visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, located at 847 King Street West, Oshawa, ON, L1J2L4, Canada, on January 11, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

A funeral service will follow in the chapel following the visitation at 1:30 pm.
