With much sadness we announce the sudden passing of John De Freitas on April 30th, 2011, at the age of 54. Predeceased by his son James Randall. Leaving to mourn are his father Randolph De Freitas (Janice), his mother Camille Litt (Don), brothers Philip (Linda), Clement, Stephen (Christine), step-brother Tom (Fran), step-sisters Mary Lou, Caroline (Jerry), nieces and nephews Shane (Kelly), Tammy, Ryan, Adam, Joshua, Sharley, many aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews as well as a large circle of friends and extended family. The family would like to express their gratitude to the paramedics and emergency staff of Toronto General Hospital for all of their efforts.
