Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, August 28th, 2015, John McKinnon, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Anne (nee Beshara). Dear father of John and Judy (Dewey Nichol). Loving grandfather of Mason and Mayan; Tyler, Kyle, Khloe and Taylor. Dear brother of Wayne, Bill and Michael. Predeceased by his brother Lloyd McKinnon. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Susan. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, September 3rd from 7 – 9 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 4th at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
