Dear  Mr Maharaj,  I want to extend my deep condolences to you and your family on the passing of your beloved wife and mother.  I remember fondly when I think of the times she was in hospital in Oshawa, and later when I would see you on the way back from bringing her to dialysis.It was a pleasure to have her as a patient.
