Passed away at the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry on Sunday October 1, 2023 in her 91st year.
Lorraine was born in Toronto, Ontario on March 18, 1933, the 9th of 10 children. Lorraine was predeceased by her Loving husband of 66 years (Chuck). Survived by 4 cherished children; Kevin (Patty), Bob (Joanne), Marie (Bill) and Nancy (Grant). Lorraine also leaves behind 10 much-loved grandchildren and 12 precious great-grandchildren. Lorraine was a life-long Pro-Life Advocate and a long-time loving Foster Mother for many children in need.
Visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday October 6th from 4 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary of the People Church, 570 Marion Ave., Oshawa on Saturday October 7th at 10:30 am.
Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.
