Louise Isabel Malnick

Born in New Waterford, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia on June 28th, 1931. Passed away on Wednesday, December 12th, 2012 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa where she had worked for over 27 years. Beloved wife of William Malnick. Loving Mom to Lou and Bob Bomhof, Jo-Ann Tikkanen and Elvis Procknow, Bernie Malnick and Laurie MacIntosh, and Shannon and Andy Magee. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren David, Tammy, Terri, Mark, Kyle, Kristy, Meagan, Kaila, Adam, Andrew and Michael, and her 11 great grandchildren. Survived by sisters and brothers-in-law Rose and Fred Courtney, Mary Jane and Don MacNeil, Evelyn Brun, Beverly and Raymond MacMillian, and Elizabeth and Colin MacKinnon. Predeceased by parents Jim and Jane Kendall and her brother James Lewis Kendall. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-234) on Sunday, December 16th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER PARISH (1100 Mary St. N., Oshawa) on Monday, December 17th at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
