Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 in her 84th year. Predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Roy. Loving mother of Cathie (Sonny), Bill (Kerri), Dan and Susan (Brian). Cherished Grandma of Tracey, Laura, Jeremy, Ryan, Lee-Anne, Angela, Jenna and Dana. Dear Great Grandma of Kristian, Ashton, Tyler, Makayla, Dannika, Teague, Makenna, Isaac, Cameron, Jacob,Mya Jane, Tomi and Jackson. Survived by brother Ted Button. Predeceased by brother Don Button and sister Lena Reid. She will be greatly missed by extended family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Linette and the wonderful nursing staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Memorial Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) on Friday, August 3rd from 6 – 9 P.M. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, August 4th at 11:00 A.M. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations to R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer.
