Margaret Poppy Mary Summerhayes

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 28th, 2010. Loving mother of Deborah (Mimmo), Roberta (Robb), Murray (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of James, Brian, Sherry (Sean), Michelle, Robert, Jennifer, Braden and Courtney. Great grandmother of Taylor, Samantha, Zachary and Jared. Predeceased by her brothers Frank, Michael, Michael and Thomas and by her sisters Anne, Bridget, Catherine and Mildred. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Margaret will be best remembered for her dedication and love of family and friends. As per Margaret’s wishes cremation has taken place. Friends may call at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) for visitation on Wednesday, March 31st from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9P.M. Memorial Mass will be held at ST. MARY OF THE PEOPLE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 570 Marion Ave., Oshawa on Thursday, April 1st at 11:00 A.M. In Margaret’s memory, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
