Margherita Greco Muto

Passed away peacefully at Thorntonview on December 16th, 2016 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Pietro Greco (1982) and Frank Muto. Cherished mother of Anna (Vincenzo), late Enzo (Joanne), Pasqualina (John) and Clara (Maido). Adored Nonna of Maria (Mike), Lucia (Gaetano), Cinzia (Roberto), Christopher (Charlyn), Fabio, Maggie (Matt), Peter, Sonia, Daniela, Michael and Matthew. Great Nonna of Claudia, Steven, Luciana, Vincenzo, Mario, Isabella, Alexander, Ava, Cole, Enzo and Luca. Margherita is predeceased by her parents Antonio and Restituta Alonzi and by sister Elena. She leaves behind sisters Rosina, Gina, Antonietta, Maria and many relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, December 20th from 6 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at ST. MARY OF THE PEOPLE CATHOLIC CHURCH (570 Marion Ave., Oshawa) on Wednesday, December 21st at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations will be gratefully accepted for Alzheimer Society.
