Peacefully after a brief illness at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, November 24th, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Herman Medeiros and Tiago Borges de Andrade. Loving mother of Maggie Gravito (Joe), Sue Jones (Steve) and the late Ed Medeiros. Cherished Vavo of Shawn (Susanne), Justin (Mel), Ashley and Jessica. Dear sister of Odete, Theresa, Norbett and the late Arnoldo and Carlos. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, November 28th from 6 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH (91 Ribblesdale Dr., Whitby) on Saturday, November 29th at 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lakeridge Health Foundation – Palliative Care would be appreciated.
