Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, December 18th, 2014, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Rankine. Loving mother of Larry (Sue), Wayne (Brenda), Ron (Karen), Darrell (Jill) and Tim (Jackie). Devoted Nana of Leanne (Shaun Terwillegar), Darren, Jeremy, Jeff (Gillian), Ashley (Tim), Michael, Madison, Makenzie, Lucas, Bryanna, and great grandmother of Hannah, Jacob, Lyric, Hayden, Avery and Colton. Dear sister of Evelyn Carleton and the late Carl Ternawski and Bill Ternawski. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Barb and 4th floor Palliative Care at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
