Passed away at The Empress Gardens, Peterborough on Saturday, September 1st, 2012 at the age of 89. She is now re-united with her beloved predeceased “Moe” (John Norman) to whom she was joyfully married for 63 years. Loving mother to Lorraine Schuett and her husband Rick, grandmother to grandson Todd and his wife Natalie and great grandmother to precious twins Amanda and Brooklyn. She will be dearly remembered by her sister Margaret Jackson, niece Karen Garner and cousin Joan Taylor and her daughter Joanie. Mary was a sweet lady always thinking of others, a creative woman who loved to cook and knit. She was always comforted by her strong faith in God and her special St. Anthony. She will be dearly missed. A family memorial service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Whitby. Arrangements entrusted to the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234).
