Mary Williams, nee Bristol, born November 18, 1927, passed away peacefully with family at her side on February 10, 2025, at Hillsdale Estates, Oshawa. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband of 70 years, Cecil Ross Williams, her daughter Gail Gerrow, and her brother Jack Bristol (Donna) of Sarnia. Mary was also predeceased by two great-grandsons, Wyatt Gerrow and Arthur McSorley.
Mary is survived and deeply missed by her children, Jo-Ann (Gordon) Thow, Christine (Brooke) Acton, Andrew Williams (Wendy Murphy), and son-in-law Bill Gerrow.
She was a loving grandmother to Megan, Simon, Sarah, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Luke, Annie, Ross, and Neil and great-grandmother to Mila, Sadie, Kaden, Charlie, Aiden, Carly, Ellen, Keegan, Gavin, Everley, and Ivy.
The family will receive friends at Christ Memorial Anglican Church, 81 Hillcroft Street, Oshawa, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. for visitation. The funeral service will begin at noon. Interment planned for the spring at Pinegrove Cemetery, Uxbridge.
