Peacefully, at Thorntonview Long Term Care, Oshawa, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011, Milton Bryant, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Ruth for 57 years. Dear father of Brenda Da Ponte (Paul), Wayne (Patty), Larry (Sonya), Ed, Glenn (Margaret) and John (Lina). Lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren, Jason (Kerry), Stephanie (Greg), Ashley (Matt), Jessica (Andrew), Jamie (Kerri), Brandon (Jessalynn), Gregory (Vicky), Jennifer-Lynn, Joshua and Cassandra. Also fondly remembered by his 8 great grandchildren, Landon, Kaylea, Nikayla, Gavin, Max, Andie, Chelsea and Ethan. Dear brother of Ethel Scott, Kaye Lidster (Don) and Gord Bryant. Dear brother-in-law of Barbara Kalynko (Michael). Predeceased by his brothers Harold and Ron Bryant. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Sunday, August 28th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, August 29th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Durham Lung Association would be appreciated.
