I am so very sad to hear the world has lost another kind, caring and humorous soul. I worked with Murray for a short time, but I will always remember his kindness and wonderful sense of humour. Sending sincere condolences to the MacKay family.

I also had the pleasure of working with Murray at the Oshawa Community Museum for 7 years.  We had many great chats and he always kept the rest of us laughing with his funny sayings.  One of my favourites of his was "can't be done!".

I knew Murray for more than 19 years.  He was an important part of the Oshawa Community Museum and his spirit lingers on. He had a wonderful way of expressing himself and his sense of humour kept us laughing. I will miss him. Rest in Peace dear friend. You will never be forgotten.
