MCCARTHY, Pauline Margaret (nee Daley) Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Oak Ridge Hospice on Monday March 13th, 2023, in her 91st year. Dearly beloved wife of James A. McCarthy for 68 years. Loving mother of Jo-Anne Pierson (Scott), Leo McCarthy (Cheryl), Jean Rines (Elwood), Doug McCarthy, late Sheila Hood (Al), Susan Dowling (Doug), Cathy Huntington (Allan) and Linda Warman (Ken). Sadly missed by her 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandgrandchildren. Dear daughter of the late Leo Daley and Frances Creed of P.E.I. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday March 17th from 2 – 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER PARISH, 1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa on Saturday March 18th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
