Passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Thursday, May 19th, 2016 at the age of 66. Loving friend of Linda for almost 50 years. Loving father of Sheri (Chad), Pam (Dwayne) and Chrissy. Grandfather of Taylor, Brody, Austin, Mac, Dominic and Trey. Brother of Jackie, Penny, Jeff, Tony and Diane. Sammy will also be missed by many other family and friends. As per his own wishes there will be no formal funeral services. A Celebration of Sam’s Life will be held at a later date.
