It is with great sadness that I write about my friendship with Suzanne. We first got to know each other as fellow students at St. Christopher's School and Oshawa Catholic High School as well as a colleagues at the Oshawa Public Utilities Commission. We spent many years together when we were young and I will always remember her cheerful spirit and her joy when she was helping people. While she was in high school, Suzanne was a devoted volunteer as a Candy Striper at the Oshawa General Hospital. My sincere condolences are extended to Suzanne's husband Peter and son Darryl. My thoughts are also with other members of the family, who I had the pleasure of knowing many years ago.
