Passed away quietly on Monday, March 13th, 2017 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 92. Loving husband of Sheila Villeneuve. Predeceased by his first wife Helen Miller Hay. Dear father of Eleanor, Bob (Wendy), Dan (Mary), Rick (Birgit) and Terri (Tom). Beloved grandfather to Adam and Sean. Bill will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends.
