Winsley brought his family to meet us his relatives many years ago and it was at that moment Thst I realized what a good relative he was but also a decent person .We corresponded numerous times on the phone and met a few times during work .
After he knew of my interest in golf we would chat for hours on end and I was asked to join him in Oshawa but I never got the opportunity because of work.Winsley kept me up to date on his trips new assistant position at the BnB and even asked me to join in .
God knows best what’s good for us and He has chosen Winsley to go to a happier home .Lets celebrate his departure and remember the Winsley we knew prior to his death .Heather my family and I offer you our condolences and will remember you in our prayers

Laura I would like to offer my condolence to you and your entire family on the loss of your brother-in-law. You always speak of him with such fondness and from all the remarkable comments, he definitely seemed like a gem of a person. I hope your sister will have the strength and cherished memories to comfort her.

I worked with Winsley for many years at the Ministry of Finance. He was the type of person you liked right away. He always had time to talk and listen. He made you feel heard by his quiet presence and calm demeanour. I was only in Heather and Winsley's company once, but the deep love they had for each other was so palpable you could feel it radiating from them. I am sure they packed more love into 15 years of marriage than most couples experience in a lifetime. He will be remembered for his loving kindness to all that knew him. There is no greater legacy.

Winsley, remembered as a dutiful son to his loving mother Olive, dependable brother to his siblings, Arlington, Carol, Linden, Eon, Gregory, Orin, and Barbara. Caring nephew to his aunt Jean and family, his uncle Burchell and family. Winsley never failed to offer words of encouragement to his nieces and nephews, Marvin, Sasha, Grace, Golda, Nathaniel, Perrin and Jamaal. He was always supportive of everyone he came in contact with academically and otherwise. Winsley will truly be miss by all his friends and family.

I am sorry to learn of Wensley's passing at the shrethhold of the Seniority group.
I had known Wensley during my last couple of years at the MTO. I remember him fondly; he was very pleasant, amiable and easy to associate with - always cheerful with an infectious smile and a hearty laughter. He demonstrated a very helpful attitude towards solving problems, whether technical or social. I appreciated his contacting me every so often for the latest MTO news.
My condolences to his family for such a dear and precious loss. May they be encouraged by Wensley's nature of radiating an aura of warmth and confidence around him.
