Kathy L. Bailiff, 75, of Ossian, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center. Kathy was born in Santa Monica, California and worked throughout her life as a homemaker. Surviving her are her husband, Perry Bailiff of Ossian; step son, Jacob (Amber) Bailiff of Chatsworth, GA; and step grandchildren, Ashlyn Lawson, Jacob Bailiff, Johnny Bailiff, and Gavin Smith.
