Norma E. Hulvey-Culver, 86, former of Yoder passed away on September 10, 2010. She was born on December 22, 1923 to the later Vaughn and Ruth (Garber) Hibbert. She worked as a mail carrier and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her son, Robert (Linda) Hulvey of Yoder; siblings, Clairbel (Ted) Husband, Nolan Hibbert, and John (MaryAnn) Hibbert, all of Huntington; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Also preceding her in death were her first husband, James Hulvey and her second husband Oren Culver. Funeral services are Monday September 13, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home 120 West Mill St. Ossian, IN. Calling hours are Sunday September 12, 2010 from 3-8 PM.
