Pamela J. (Smith) Hoopengardner, 75 of Ossian passed away on Saturday July 17, 2021 at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home. She was born on June 9, 1946 in Fort Wayne, IN, she was a daughter of the late Wayne A. Smith and Rosemary (Coovert) Smith. Pamela was a beautician for 52 years in Ossian and Markle, IN. She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Hoopengardner of Ossian, IN; son, Sean (Frank Algiere) Hoopengardner of Naples, FL; daughter, Stacy (Brett) Ratcliffe; grandchildren, Blake and Easton Ratcliffe of Garrett, IN; and sisters, Lynne Adam of Ossian IN, and Jean (Bob) Windmiller of Lenoir, NC. A time of sharing by family and friends will be held at 11am on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill St. Ossian, IN 46777 with visitation one hour prior.
