Stanley L. Bradtmueller

Stanley L. Bradtmueller, 76, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. He was born June 1, 1949, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, son to the late Arthur F. and Rosella I. (Schmidt) Bradtmueller. Stan worked for over 40 years at Fort Wayne Wire Die and proudly served as a Fort Wayne Komets off-ice official for more than 30 years. He loved farming and fishing, and deeply valued spending time with his friends and family. Surviving are his children, Michelle L. (Jason) Hilty, of Ossian, Indiana and Mark A. (Kristina) Bradtmueller of Fort Wayne, Indiana; grandchildren, Lucas Hilty, Gage (fiancé - Alice Scibek) Hilty, Ava Hilty, Levi Roembke, Garret Roembke, and Regan Roembke; siblings, Steven (Mary Ann) Bradtmueller, Rex Bradtmueller, and Diane (Clifford) Foughty; and mother-in-law, Marilyn L. Meyer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Lynn (Meyer) Bradtmueller in 2008, after having been married for 38 years. Funeral services will be on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 16933 Thiele Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, Indiana 46777.
