i carry your heart with me(i carry it in
my heart)i am never without it(anywhere i go you go,my dear;and whatever is done by only me is your doing, my darling)
i fear no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)
i want no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it’s you are whatever a moon has always meant and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than soul can hope or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart, i carry it in my heart

My jaw dropped the other day when I came across the news of your passing online. Lots of memories came flooding back to me in that moment. One that sticks into my mind, was us moving your trampoline over to your shed so we could jump off of the roof onto it. And hoping that your nosey neighbor Mary wasn't home to tattle to your mom. Another one of my memories is that you were up and ringing my parents doorbell, ready to start enjoying the day as soon as dawn broke. I look back at that now and I realize that you didn't want to waste one moment of your day. Hopefully, you kept that mindset throughout your all too short life. And I hope that you poured that into your children. Travel well my old friend and rest easy.

Awe geesh Stephanie, how can I start with just one memory? You were a young lady so very loved by your grandmother and by all who knew you, me included. I truly was shocked when I picked up the paper tonight. I know you are back with your grandmother in the heaven we all so look forward to. I appreciated how well you loved as well. Such a strong beautiful spirit. I thank you for all the times you were so kind to me and for sharing your grandma with me . She taught us both very well. You are going to be missed in this world. Its like a light has been turned out , but only for a brief time. You will light up our world with great memories. Love you so very much kiddo.
