Tamara Kaye (Shaffer) Kintz, 41, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Friday, November 2, 2012. She was born on September 29, 1971 to Terry L. Shaffer and Janice D. (Weaver) Shaffer. She enjoyed fishing, campfires, nature, and the outdoors in general. Surviving family are her parents, step-father and mother, Larry (Janice) Kumfer; children, Derik Harz, Kassandra Harz, Chelsey Pence, Loren “Joey” Shaffer; sisters, Trina Banks, Ashlie Spillers, Terra Cole; and grandmother, MaryLou Weaver. She was also preceded in passing by her grandfather Eugene “Ken” Weaver and step-grandparents, Forest and MaryAnn Kumfer. A funeral service will be 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill St., Ossian with visitation hours starting at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, Ossian.
