Joaquin Beraza Gonzalez

Joaquin Beraza, age 93, of Othello Washington, passed away April 21, 2014, at Othello Community Hospital. He was born in Villa Mainero, Tamps, Mexico on March 20, 2014 to parents, Acencion and Rafael Beraza. He was married to Margarita Guerrero Beraza on April 13, 1945 in Hualahuises, N.L., Mexico. Joaquin worked as a laborer for Chef Reddy from 1974-1989. He was a member of the Catholic Church, and he had a passion for walking, singing, and working in his yard. He is survived by his children; Juanita (Nicolas) Garcia of Othello Washington, Antonio (Dora) Beraza of Othello Washington, Maria Beraza of Othello Washington, and Ignacio Beraza of Grandview Washington. He also leaves 3 grand children and 4 great-grandchildren to cherish is loving memory. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his 4 brothers, Manuel, Rafael, Ignacio, Lorenzo, and one granddaughter. A viewing will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a rosary to begin at 6:00 pm, April 24, 2014, at Stevens Funeral Chapel.
