Mario Cesar Chapa

Mario Cesar Chapa Salezar, age 59, of Othello Washington, passed into our Lord’s Hands on June 13th, 2014 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick Washington. He was born in Fronton Texas on April 22nd, 1955 to parents, Paulina and Genaro Chapa. Mario grew up, attended school, and graduated high school in Mexico. He worked as an operator in a food processing plant. He was a Christen, an avid reader, and a hard worker. Mario read so much, encyclopedias from cover to cover, christen books, and the Bible, to name a few. He was introverted; keeping to himself for the most part, until he traveled to go on vacations with his sister Lucinda. Touring the city of San Antonio Texas together was one of Mario’s most treasured memories. He will be dearly missed.

Mario is survived by his sister, Lucinda Hernandez of San Antonio Texas, and brothers; Genaro Jr., Hugo, and Hector. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother-in-law, David D.
