

He was born in Rockaway Beach Missouri, on August 30, 1927 to parents, Walter and Catherine (Thornbrugh) St. Clair. Bob graduated high school and went on to serve in the Army during WWII. He was married to Thelma (Watts) St. Clair on February 28, 1946. Thelma passed away October 6, 2009 at Columbia Basin Hospital in Ephrata. Bob and Thelma enjoyed 63 years of marriage during which time they raised 3 children and owned and operated a couple of business in Ephrata. Bob ran a septic tank service from 1981 until he retired in 1994. He was an all-around Outdoorsman. Camping, fishing, and spending time with his family brought him endless enjoyment. He will be missed.
He is survived by his; son, Bobby St. Clair of Ephrata Washington, daughter, Jeanne Clemons of Ephrata, 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his; wife, parents, son, Ronald Lee St. Clair, and siblings; Fred Thornbrugh, Marie Yeager, and Carl Stough.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, May 29, 2014, at the Ephrata Cemetery.
