Rosa Delarosa Enriquez

Rosa DeLaRosa Enriquez, age 100, of Othello, WA, passed away on January 11, 2011. She was born in Del Rio, Texas on September 4, 1910 to Jose and Dionicia DeLaRosa. She married Adolph Enriquez in 1932 and raised seven children.

In 1964 she moved to Othello, WA to be near her children.

She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, spending time with her family and reading her Bible.

She is survived by her daughters and sons: Amalia (Jose) Sanchez of Othello; Adolph (Eva) Enriquez of Othello; Alfredo (Loretta) Enriquez of Bakersfield, CA; Odelia (Pablo) Chaeon of Shafter, CA; 27 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren; 27 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her children Margaret Ramos, Armando Enriquez, and Albert Enriquez.

Viewing and Rosary were held Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 3:00 to 7:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, January 17, 2011, at 10:0am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial following at Bess Hampton Memorial Gardens.

Services were under the direction of Stevens Funeral Chapel.
