Peacefully on Sunday, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Jolan (2005). Much loved father of Elizabeth Snow, Sylvia Carroll (Eric Davis), Erica Gyorgy (Guy Girard) and Gloria Gyorgy. Loving Papa of Tanya Babin, William Carroll, Ian Davis and three great grandchildren. Dear brother of Margaret Hammer. Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in the chapel at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Institute would be appreciated.
