Arsalang passed away in the comfort of his own bed at the age of 66. He was a loving and proud father to two daughters who will greatly miss him. Coming from modest means in China, he was a dedicated and hard working man. He earned a doctorate at Manchester University and enjoyed expanding his knowledge in the field of computer engineering. He will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit to his family and friends. A private family service will be held at Hope Cemetery in Ottawa, ON.
