Bernadette "Cookie" Baron

Beloved wife of 56 years to Rolland Baron. Devoted mother to Jules, Nicole (Bill), Céline (John), Nathalie (Guy), and late Monique. Adored grandmother to Stéphanie, Stéphane, Drucilla, Henrie, Emilie, Angèle and Sophie. Cherished great-grandmother to Raydel and Rosie. She was the loving sister to Aldéo, Yvon, Michel, Hélène, Joanne. She was predeceased by her siblings Madeleine, Elzéar, Henri, Roger, Pierre, Claudette, Diane and Pauline. She will be missed by her best friend Jaqueline Prince. Cookie will also be missed by her furry companion Foxy, and by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and in the evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 9 AM at Notre-Dame de Lourdes of Vanier Parish, 435 Montreal Road, Ottawa.
