

Christopher Maurice White (Kiki), 78, passed away on April 6, 2026. Beloved husband to Christine, father to Colin (Lynn), Charlotte (Chris), Rachel (Ryan), Poppa to Rockwell. Devoted brother to Shannon (Lennart) and Stephen (Christine) and to his many nieces and nephews.
Born in London, UK, he grew up in Shackleford, Surrey. Christopher attended prep school and later King’s College, Canterbury, where he enjoyed singing in the choir. He went on to study law and classics in London.
After a short stint working for P&O, He moved to Montreal, where he began a long and successful career in travel and tourism.
One sunny afternoon, Christropher met members of Hut 3 while out for a walk. The friendships made that day, carried him throughout his life.
He relocated to Ottawa with his son in 1984. Christopher continued working with large groups from around the world, and for many years he was key to the success of the London Parade.
In the fall of 1994, he met Christine and embarked on a 30+ year adventure. They shared a deep love for each other and their children, creating memories and forming traditions.
Christopher will be remembered for his love of family and friends, his generosity and philanthropic spirit, and of course, comedic talent.
We will miss him greatly. The kettle is on.
Friends and family will gather in late May to celebrate Christopher’s life. Donations to Parkinson Canada and Doctors Without Borders would be appreciated.
