Passed away peacefully at the Perley Rideau Veteran’s Home, on December 16, 2014, at the age of 90. Beloved husband for 37 years of Veronica. Devoted father of Gary (Sarah) and the late Keith. Stepfather of Ann Sarazin, Maria (Gabe) Manitopyis, Patricia Lynn Sarazin, Brent Sarazin and Michael Sarazin. Adored grandfather of Michael (Susan), Carla and Patricia (Geoffrey). Stepgrandfather of Cassandra, Brandon and Chad. Cherished great grandfather of Lochlan, Andrew, Victoria, Isabella and Adrianne. He also leaves many nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by his first wife and mother of his children: Marie. Family and friends are invited at Racine, Robert & Gauthier, 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa on Sunday, December 21st , 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on December 22nd , 2014 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church (1758 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church.
