On Monday, January 29, 2018 after battling cancer for 16 years, Eraldo passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family. For 40 years, he was the beloved husband to Anne Colombi (nee Gable). Together they raised Joseph (Cassandra) and James (Alisha). Born in Italy, the son of Anita and the late, Giuseppe Colombi, the oldest brother of Tom (Judy) and Rob (Andrea). Al will be sadly missed by his family, friends and especially his second family at Kiddie Kobbler. A special ‘Thank you’ to Dr. Christine Canil, Dr. Elana Condon and Fatima for all your care over the years. Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, on Sunday, February 4 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 5 at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 427 Booth Street. Private burial will take place at a later date. In memoriam donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. “One shoe can change your life.”
