Our deepest condolences to Paul Majaba and family.

We worked with Esmeralda at Ottawa Souvenirs for over 10 years and knew her for even longer. Saying that she was an amazing woman would very much be an understatement, as anyone that knew her well can attest to.

I have never seen anyone be as dedicated and hard-working at a job as Esmeralda. The store owed a lot of its success to her persistence and drive. You don’t often find people that can do the hard work of managing a retail store effectively and still carry the respect and friendship of all the staff. Everybody loved Esme.

Esmeralda was a warm and caring person. She was also very wise and taught me a lot about people and life in general. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Rest in Peace.
Love always - Mark and Molly Blacher

You will be deeply missed, Ate Esmie. You have been a great Ninang to Deo. Your smile, laughter and big heart filled the room whenever you were around. While your friends, family members especially Paolo are mourning, heaven is rejoicing with your presence. Thank you for all the beautiful memories. We will miss you this coming Christmas --- looking back to the many Christmasses with a knock on the door that excited Deo to the max--- because Ninong Pao and Ninang Esmie were outside with a big smile and a present 🎁. You will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you.. rest in peace with our Creator.

Rest in God's loving arms, Manang Esmie. Maybe you are gone but the memories we had together in Tita's house will never fade. We love you and will surely miss you, Manang Esmie. Thank you for everything.

Our deepest condolences to Paul Majaba and family. We have known Esme for years. We had enjoyable memories because Paul and Roy were best of friends when we were still in Ottawa. Esme was such a very good friend of ours. Our last meeting was August 2016, when we came to Ottawa and visited them and other friends. For sure we will miss you. Rest in peace and don't worry-- for sure Paul will be cherished with love and care from his friends.
