Peacefully, with her family at her side, on Wednesday September 18th, 2013 at the age of 76. Dear daughter of the late Thomas Burns and the late Else Keller. Loving wife of 56 years of Kenneth Maher. She will be sadly missed by her children Peter (Lucie Masson), Laura (Ken Creppin) and Liza (Brian Daniels). Cherished Nana of Jackie (Greg Churcher), Kenny Maher and Leah Craig. She will also be missed by her great-granddaughter Lily Churcher . Meeting and holding Lily was her greatest joy in these last few months. Frances was pre-deceased by her sisters , Janet Lambert (Paddy), Jeanne Fox (Jerry) and Mary Jane Brown (late Bob). As per Frances request, there will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.
