Gayle was more than a friend she was like one of the Gres girls. We grew up as next door neighbours on Irving Avenue and shared many happy moments. It was always a joy to see each other at special family celebrations.

She will be missed.

Dear Rocco and Family,

We were very saddened to hear of Gayle's passing. You've always been kind neighbours to us. I fondly recall friendly and comforting chats with Gayle when I became a new mom, a time that was sometimes overwhelming and lonely.

Our deepest condolences to Gayle's family and friends. We wish you peace and comfort in your memories and in one another.

Dear Rocco, Donna, David and Family:

We offer our Deepest Sympathy to You and Your Family.

We have fond memories of Gayle when you and Gayle would join us at Kevin and Barb's for a BBQ on their deck, watching hockey night on a Saturday night in their Rec Room and other occasions.
We shared lots of laughs and great chats.
As difficult as this time is, may the memories you shared will forever be a part of your life.

Love, Carolyn and Otto

It is with great sadness that I write this;
In the year 1940 Gail Stratton and Katherine Gres were born next door to each other on Irving Avenue. We had many friends on that street and area , Evelyn, Pat, Anne and many more. In our teens, she met Rocco, and we know what developed from there. She decided to change the spelling of her first name to Gayle, which she liked better. She was my bridesmaid and I was hers. My daughter called her Aunt Gayle and her children called me Aunt Kathy. She was there for me during my battle with cancer-twice. How many people are so lucky to have a Best Friend their entire life?
Our deepest sympathy to Rocco, Donna, David and family

I am so sorry for your loss Rocky, Donna, David, all the rest of the family and people's lives she touched. It has been many years and I can still here her saying "oh Rocky" after he said a joke. I am wishing you all well.

Dear Zito Family, it is with all my prayers that I hope you will be able to push through the pain you are feeling at this moment of your loss of Mrs. Z. Our families have always been connected through friendship starting with David and Andrew and then the beautiful relationship of my parents (Stan & Jeannine) which grew to be very close.
Mr. Z you will now have to become both the Mr. & Mrs. Z to me as one doesn't go without the have big shoes to fill. Keep her memories close to heart as she will help you get through this time of sorrow
My favorite memory of Mrs. Z is when she took in my dog Coco and then she told me the dog jumped up on the counter and ate a complete pound of butter. She was looking for the pound and couldn't believe the dog would do that; I laughed so much.
My Sincere Condolences, Mr. Z , David & Family, Donna & Family and to all Mrs. Z's close friend who are missing her.
